MAKING MY RESERVATION
To reserve a room through our website, click the online reservations button and our hotel reservation system will be displayed. You can also book packages online by clicking the Packages Banner.
- How do I know when the reservation is confirmed?
To complete your booking, you will be asked to fill in a credit card information and a confirmation voucher will be sent to you by email.
- Why do you need my credit card?
Your credit card is required only as a guarantee (unless special payment conditions stated in booking procedure) Usually, you can pay as you wish once in the hotel. Your credit card details are encrypted through secure server (VeriSign). It is safer than e-mail, fax or telephone.
- Can I cancel my reservation?
Cancel your booking at no fee as long as it is cancelled before the deadline. (Cancellation policies are stated in your confirmation sheet)
- Can I book your hotel by phone or email?
Our best available rates and packages are in our website, however, if you are experiencing problems online while making the reservation, call us or send an email and we will assist you.
Breakfast is not included (except in Bed and Breakfast package). The Hotel serves a daily buffet breakfast from 7.30am to 11.00 am. The cost is 10 EUR per person. No booking is needed.
- Can I choose the bed type in my reservation and further preferences (non smoking, high floor ...) ?
Write in "comments/requests" any room preferences you wish and we will do our best. They will be confirmed depending on availability.
- Is you hotel suitable for families?
There are family rooms in the hotel with the following arrangement: 2 twin beds + 1 sofa bed (135cm), suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. There are also Superior connecting rooms, two full equipped rooms with a connected door.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- What is the Check in time and Check out time?
Check in time is 14.00 hours and Check out time is 12.00 hours. Don't worry if you are getting very late at night, the reception desk is open 24 hours.
- Is there a parking in the hotel?
There is a safe parking in the same hotel building. You have to book the parking place in advance. The cost is 20 EUR per day.
- Do you have internet connection?
If you bring your laptop, use our wireless system anywhere in the hotel, with an additional cost.
Taxi is easy to get here, in the centre of Barcelona, but ask our receptionists to help you getting one. They can also book in advance any transfer from/to Airport and from/to the Port.
- Is you hotel near the Cruise Port?
We are located right at the top of Las Ramblas and the Cruise Port is at the bottom. A taxi will take no longer than 10 minutes to reach the Pier and will cost approximately 25 EUR.
- What is the nearest metro station?
Line 3 (green) or Line 1(Red) - Catalunya
And 8 minutes walking, you will find Line 2 (Universitat) and Line 4 (Urquinaona)
